Existing Structural Conditions Assessment of Buildings Projects

The assessment of this building was carried by Civeng for the requirement of the developer of Holiday Inn Hotel building (now Jen Hotel) next to Athiriveli building

 

 

 

We carried out documentation of existing conditions of the building also installed crack monitoring devices. During pile foundation construction of Holiday Inn hotel, we monitored vibrations exposed this building using seismograph installed on this building.
