Existing Conditions Assessment of 3-storey building at TVM

This building was done with local aggregates. Civeng carried out existing condition assessment of the building.

Part of the slab bottom of some floors were detached and fallen down.

We removed cores from slab and investigated extent of corrosion.

We compiled report of our findings, recommendations and submitted to the client.
